Graphical issue, flickering black squares

I'm a complete moron when it comes to certain technical things, that much I've made clear several times. At any rate, for some reason, and it only seems to be affecting custom hairs, I seem to get constant black squares that flicker on said hairstyles. I've done a lot of searching, but no luck finding a possible cause for the problem, much less a fix, though the closest thing I've come across is the "Nvidia black square bug", and my video card is a nvidia geforce 7950 gx2.

 

Any help on resolving this would be most appreciated.

 

EDIT: I found out it only seems to happen when I have HDR ticked under Screen Effect in the game's settings.
