Unholypaladin
My main character is a mage, but i was wondering if their was a mod out there that allows the player to learn warrior based techniques, (Such as dexterity based dual wielding skills, like flurry, and stuff) I just recently got dragon age, and am unfamiliar with the game engine. I was wondering if I had to make my own mod like that, or if someone could save me the time and tell me if it already exists. Thank you :)

Thank you :)Well, what your looking for is basically the entire point of the "Arcane Warrior" specialization. Since you say you only recently got the game, you may not have encountered the interaction that "unlocks" that track. Be Advised: At higher levels, Arcane Warriors are almost no fun to play because they are so powerful! Over in the "DA Nexus Files Section", you'll find: "Dual Weapon Abilites for Arcane Warriors" which can make them even more kick-ass!
RustyBlade
If dual wielding isn't your style you can use 2 Handed Weapon Abilities for Arcane Warriors. It should be noted that if you are using Awakenings in the OC, the awakenings content does not apply to the mods Thandal and I have mentioned but they sure beat a sharp stick in the eye
br0kenm4n
you could also use the console to add mage talents to a warrior or warrior talents to a mage download the mod that makes the console visible (i don't have a link off the top of my head, but do a search, it's around here somewhere) then http://dragonage.wikia.com/wiki/Console has directions to activate it. then you'll want to use "runscript addtalent 4023" to add mage talents or "runscript addtalent 4022" for warrior talents (or "runscript addtalent 4020" for rogue talents)
