Portable stragate with unlimited locations

Id like to point out im not a modder myself just that id really like to see this happen.

 

For those who don't know what a startgate is

The mod itself:

Im thinking a you have an item that adds another tab to your pip boy and it enables you to place a stargate where ever you want including indoors and outdoors while also allowing you to keep track of each of their locations. The stargate wouldn't have to look perfect a crude model would do, im sure once its functionality was sorted out the appearance would be added upon.

 

Key features desired :

Dialing chevrons and the stargate spinning, making the noise and the event horizon exploding outward as it establishes a connection, vaporizing whatever is in the path of the event horizon. Either a load screen of worm hole travel or instantaneous transportation without any load time.

 

The more realistic it would look/function the better though obviously. Im thinking the mod itself should be two separate ones, the first is the pip boy mod which saves locations you place stargates as addresses you can name yourself which also leaves a code of chevrons beneath it for aesthetics while also adding a map marker feature. Ideally you would use the pip boy to activate the closest stargate from a reasonable distance and dial out to any other stargate.
