NPC Inventory Access

Hello everyone, I would like to request a simple mod that lets the player access another characters Inventory, prefferably through sneaking. In Fallout 3 I used a mod that added special perks that let you generate special effects, make NPC's use certain poses/animations, and to access their Inventories, I forgot the nake of the mod. The Inventory access was used through Sneaking, when sneaking you would be given the option to pickpocket or "Access Box" which opens that characters inventory, allowing you to move/add things from said inventory. The characters you give items to in this manner would usually equip what you give them if its better than what they have. I used it as a quick way to give stuff to companions and to dress up NPC's who I felt looked like clones of his neighbours via the same attire.

 

Would anyone be willing to add such a mod to New Vegas?

If nothing else, could someone give me a more in-depth example of how I can use the inventory cheat in-game? The cheat is unrecognised when i try to use it. Below is what i type.

What am i doing wrong?

Can someone asnwer the second question atleast? It would elliminate my need for this mod in regards to me simply equiping NPC's with better equipment.
