Enclave Camp and Radio Signal

I'm trying to make a mod that adds a very small Enclave camp just south of Cannibal Johnson's Cave. It's supposed to look like they've been there trying to survive for a while. I made an Enclave radio station underneath the ground at the camp and you can pick up the signal from a little ways away (I didn't want it available over the entire Mojave Wasteland, just a little area around the camp) but It doesn't actually broadcast any sound. I figured out the problem was that I needed to make the Script "EnclaveRadioSCRIPT" or something like that. But I can not find it in the list of available scripts to choose from. I have located it when searching through various Categories in the GECK. If anybody knows how I could accomplish this, please help.

 

After I work this out, I'm going to add the Enclave as a true Faction with Reputation and you can wear their uniforms and armor to disguise yourself as one of them. I plan on fully introducing the Enclave in several scattered small camps around the Mojave.

Make the station script from scratch or copy the existing station script and edit it later.
