Fallout 3 Weapon mod kits + Fallout wanderers edition Damage glitch

When ever i modify a weapon with fwe installed with WMK, it does less damage. I used multiple testing methods and found it was true.

 

1: the pipboy damage said it was less

2: i used weapon scanner and compared a 10mm pistol with no mod to a 10mm pistol with extended clip mod, and the damage was different

3: i tried killing somebody with each weapon (same person), and i found the un-modded weapon killed much faster

 

 

This is really annoying, i even tried setting the damage scale back to vanilla but nothing. Please help, i want to have my modded weapons do as much damage as the un-modded weapons.
