Hey,

I recently did a re-install of New Vegas, and have modded it to how I like it, but I'm having a problem with the Police Pistol and the .357 revolver. They both have very obviously wrong textures, but I have no clue as to what could be causing the problem. I have ArchiveInvalidated, have tried re-installing Weapon Retexture Project and others, and nothing seems to fix it. Any help would be appreciated.

Well, the 357. can be fixed by grabbing the 357.re-retexture by Millenia, same guy who does the WRP.

Not sure about the police pistol though.

 

You might try disabling and re-enabling archive invalidation, maybe that'll do it.

Managed to fix it.

 

Re-enabled the WMX - Weapon Retexture Project compatibility patch, downloaded and installed Millenia's Police Pistol and .357 retexture. I had to go to Data \ textures \ weapons \ 1handpistol and overwrite the old .357 files with the new ones from the separate .357 page.
