Increasing Border Limit

Hi all.

 

I want to start work on a mod that adds more land to the Mojave, but I have hit a big problem. I've been looking for a long time, but haven't found out how to increase the border limit. The border obviously is the thing that stops you leaving the map, but I want to be able to do that so my mod can work.

 

If anyone knows how I can do it, I'd appreciate it

P.S. I'd prefer it if the border limit increase could be done on the GECK itself.
