New Vegas, Farming/Planting.

I seen these mods before and it's can't be impossible for New Vegas, i mean they got regrowable plants, so why not make then plantable?

 

So i was wondering if anyone could make a mod that allows the player too plant down every plant type in new vegas.

Lol if it was possible for FO3 without the actual plants in-game its probably going to be possible for this :P (might need to wait for something like FOSE for New Vegas though, i hope someone decides to try to make this, i like finding random places to start living instead of the player homes already available.

I Found a few lovely shacks out in the wastes and i would love to set up a Farm there, if this mod got made the "Portable Camp" mod from the Fallout 3 Section would be so handy to make a greenhouse.

I Was planning a really simple farm mod like Oblivion had.

 

Seeds, a Shovel and some time.

 

Oblivion had this easy way too do it

 

Use the shovel to dig a hole, plant the seed in the ground and then sleep for a few days to wait for the plants too regrow.

But for planting in the wasteland with dry ground would require you water them every 5 days (any shorter would be annoying)

Yeah I once had a farm mod for oblivion. You could plant seeds and produce beer & wine. But, at some point, I became bored. oO However I'd like to see that in the Wastes.

I really do think we should get a mod like this it would add some much more fun to the game and if we could have some trades that come to the farm where you can sell your crops to them

the posabilitys are endless, you can make cooking recipes.

 

or you could just use it like other drugs in the game and get enhancements with it like perseption(it makes you more aware) and charisma (marjuana is a soicial drug) and penalties for intellegence (like yeah.. you know..that thing), endurance (your more lazy), sleeping (make you tired), food (gives you the munches), and dehydration lol (yes dehydration: cotton mouth sucks).

 

haha, cant even have addication penalties because its not physicaly addictive.

 

quarter that s*** out to the caravns and merchants and sell in weight to the factions.

._. Growing drugs was not excatly my plan, i wanted to make a moonshine production but hey, this mod can be anything.

 

I seen plenty of farms around new vegas but they are just dying, and i really want to make this one come to life cause i live always in isolation from other NPC's :<
