Imatelevision Posted January 30, 2015 Share Posted January 30, 2015 Hey folks, I currently have this rig:AMD Radeon Graphics R9 200 Series, 3GB VRAM AMD FX - 8350 Eight Core Processor, 4,00 Ghz14 GB RAMIt is, of course, decent, but I do want to play Skyrim with a nice ENB and also script intensive mods. Triumfall665 Posted January 30, 2015 Share Posted January 30, 2015 I'd recommend a Graphics Card with 2GB VRAM or more, it'll be costly if you upgrade but it is worth it in the end. Nvidia has some decent Graphics Cards (GTX 670, 680 and ect)... Or, you can wait a while for the GTX 960 from Nvidia, which will be cost efficient, I think and it is very powerful in its league. As for the CPU, well... I know opinions matter and everyone has a preference. AMD is not one of my favourites to use (respectfully said, of course). Purchasing an Intel Core i7-4820K @ 3.70GHz is definitely worth it, it is the 4th Generation of CPU's made, and it lasts longer as well. (Again, this is merely my opinion and giving some advice). Or you can still use the 3rd Generation CPU's which still isn't bad at all. I, myself use the Intel Core i7-3770 @ 3.40GHz and it works perfectly fine for me. You have more than enough RAM, it seems.
