Remove all +stats from items/armor

I'm looking for a mod that removes all +stats from items that really shouldn't give +. For example, a bandanna give +1 perception, doesn't make sense. Of course those that make sense such as power armor should of course retain their bonus.

There are quite a lot of items in the game that add a "+" to items. If you like, give me a list of what you actually want to have & I'll remove the "+" attributes. So if you want a bandanna, it'll just be a bandanna & not a "Bandanna-of-the-whale" ( ala Diablo lol )
