Problem at Loading Ready BSA Mod files

Hi All

 

After long time, i decided to play Oblivion again but i can't remember everything about loading user mods. For example, some of the mods that i downloaded are in ready BSA files. In the read me documents of these BSA mods, some of them says "just copy the files to data folder of the game" and some says "load this mod with OBMM". I want to learn why same type of files advised to be load in different ways. Would it be better if i load all BSA mod files with OBMM.
