How to change character features?

Is there a way to change the character's features mid-game so I can change hair, eyes, etc. with the new beauty packs? I think I saw a mod a couple of days ago, but I passed it up.

yeah sure there is

open the console, and type showracemenu

this will allow you to re-do the character
