Hmm, can't remember where I've seen them - maybe the Gunrunners? I know that doesn't make much sense, but I know I've seen them somewhere and I rarely go in Van Graffs. I think I've looked at their inventory twice in 25 hours of play (I'm more of a Guns person).

 

So yeah, I would recommend going to the Gunrunners and checking their stock every so often. They seem to restock every few levels with more caps and options. I'm fairly sure they had one in stock, because they are pretty much the only group I sell to at this point and I know I've seen it being sold somewhere.

 

Actually, I'm positive the Gunrunners will carry it at some point. I've seen plasma and laser rifle upgrades on them too.

Gun Runners and Silver Rush are your best bet for buying mods. Last time I was at the Silver Rush, that RCW Recycler was available.

 

Otherwise, try a place you wouldn't think to go in the Mojave Wasteland.

So far I've seen the silver rush, the CCC, Mick and Ralphs, Goodsprings general, The weapons lady on 188, conterias, and of course, the gun runners selling the RCW recycler mod.

 

The weapons modification should be as with all the other item/ammunition variables and restock every 3-4 days. I haven't tested the restock time yet but for the mods I've seen them cycle back/switch on the normal inventory cycle. So if you are at the gun-runners or anywhere else that might sell mods wait 3 days and if there's nothing else try somewhere bigger that will get you what you need. the CCC, general store, conterias, and mick and ralphs normally don't sell too many mods, but the gun runners on the other hand usually have quite the stock. not only does getting the mod make the weapon more useful, but it can turn all those junk weapons that you find in the mojave into something golden. IE a varmit rifle with a night scope and a silencer or extended magazine is worth more then just a varmit rifle. And a hell of a lot more useful.

The OP is looking for a RCW mod, not the RCW itself.

 

The mod appears randomly at certain stores. I found it at Gun Runners myself.

Mods are only at the stores and the merchant generally only carries 1 of a particular gun mod at a time. So cozy up to the RNG, sacrifice a molerat, and sprinkle some Jet around for luck.

Silver Rush and Gun Runners. If They dont have what you need. wait/sleep three days, their inventory will rotate. Basically everyone here has forgot to mention that so i thought i would.
