Energy Weapon Power Levels

I was wondering if anyone would be kind enough to make some sort of power levels for energy weapons.

 

EG: A high power, high armor piercing, high ammo consuming, damage inefficient, weapon damaging high power setting.

A medium power, medium armor piercing, medium ammo consuming, damage somewhat efficient, medium weapon damage setting.

Ect.

 

The different types of EC, ECP, and MF cells would simply do what they say, have increased clip sizes, bulk with lowest, regular with medium, overcharged with

extra, and max charge with large amounts.

 

It would be awesome if someone made this, thanks.
