Curneld
Please remove them. They are the most annoying thing in life. They play automatically every time you open a window on NV nexus, and I imagine a lot of people search this site by opening dozens of tabs at the same time. I promise you that it's the kind of thing that drives down traffic. I've watched traffic trends myself on other paid for by ads sites, and the traffic definitely dips quite a bit when there's a new full page flash ad, or a auto playing sound flash ad. In every case. sparks454alive
Well at least I'm not the only person who despises those "talky ads"!!!I don't care who PAYS for the ads, the only stipulation is the sound should ONLY be OPTIONAL!!!!!!! bben46
We need screenshots of the obnoxious ads. Ads are targeted regionally and we may not be seeing the same ones you are.
sparks454alive
How about ANYTHING related to ZAMM?
Curneld
How about ANYTHING related to ZAMM? Yup, anything ZAMM is loud and obnoxious. It usually induces keyboard smashing obscenity shouting rage, browser closing rage.

NatasKrad
what the ad is about isnt the problem.Auto-playing with sound on... thats the issue. Please mute the ads. Thanks
Spysix
I'm with this 300% these ZAMM OneScreen ads need to go. It drives me insane when I'm browsing files and clicking open tabs for them to the ones I like...only to have 3+ of these ads playing at the same time.... Like those before me. I don't care about the ad itself. But it needs to not autoplay.. They need to go.
Soque
These are driving me nuts. I am really considering adding nexus websites to script and ad-blocking plug-ins to get relief. Thats not good for anyone.
XTR3M368
I don't have a screenie due to measures I had to take to protect myself from recent ads, but the ones that go "Congratulations, you've won!" are quite annoying too. I really don't mind most of the ads on the site. I don't think others do/would either if they were all silent and/or not "visually abusive". I think people would rather "opt in" for the sound, rather than having to "opt out". Ads are necessary though. It is a small price to pay to have this site be able to be accessed for free. I am a little unclear on how the ads get up. Is there just a "feed box" where blacktree gaming just "feeds" in ads based of browsing choices on some sort of rotation? I can see how that would be difficult to monitor for the staff especially if they have different browsing habits. I am happy to see that Dark0ne actually removes the abusive/annoying ones. That is more than most site owners would do....kudos for that.
