Anti-Materiel Rifle nerf

As is, the Anti-Materiel rifle is just so powerful it sort of ruins the game for me. What I want is a mod that still allows it to be the awesome one-shot-one-kill weapon it was meant to be, while still balancing it with the rest of the game. My idea is this:

 

I would NOT want to nerf the damage (possibly even buff it). The weapon must still be awesome. What I would want done:

  • Make the AM rifle a unique weapon (not sold by vendors!!)
  • Hide the (now unique) rifle in an exceptionally well defended spot (but NOT hard to find late-game), It should not be in an area associated with the main quest however.
  • Remove the rifle from the jury-rigging repair list, the only way to repair it is with Kits or merchants.
  • Increase durability damage taken (more then standard sniper rifle)
  • Increase rarity and/or cost of bullets. They should still be sold (unlimited on the long term), but I should not be able to stockpile more then 100 without going extremely out of my way.

 

After all of that, increase the damage such that a headshot kills almost anything non-crit (almost already does, but late-game many humanoids survive with 2 bars, that sould not be possible.)
