Help get rid of cafe with door to Evergreen Miils Foundry in Megaton

I can't post the full list of my mods right now (I'm not at home now) but maybe someone would know what mod has been causing it.

 

Outside of my Megaton house, right over the Brass Lantern appeared some strange "cafe" with tons of weapon and ammunition on the bar counter, and entrance to the Evergreen Mills Foundry. My house changed too - it became a lot smaller from outside and in front of it appeared a ramp leading to a platform with big Nuka Cola bottle and some stand with food. Also, a ramp to the right of the Brass Lantern entrance is cut off and NPCs fall off it with screams :) when trying to go up.

 

I have FWE, MMM, WMK and EVE installed. I've tried to locate and delete the mod that has caused it but with no success. Turning FWE, MMM or WMK off doesn't help. Turning EVE off crashes the game. Only turning ALL mods off or Merger patches can help but without Merger patches game is buggy.

 

Any help will be appreciated...
