Do the Side Quests for the Garret Twin in the Atomic Wrangler for a small Player Room.Novac has a motel room for 100 caps.The Casino's provide Suites to High Rollers. I suggest all gambling stop after you get the Key to avoid being Banned.NCR, Leigon, Followers of the Apocolypse, and the Brotherhood of Steel offer Safehouses after you finish their quest chains.
