kingrouston Posted October 27, 2010 Posted October 27, 2010 hi !! i have a little problem : when i aim enemies directly with the weapon (not with the vats) & when i shout the enemy,there is a bullet time effect (not always) .is there a solution for disable this effect ?
Rastafariel Posted October 27, 2010 Posted October 27, 2010 There is a solution.... Im looking for it now.... you have to turn off the effect. Im going to do it cause it slows the game down and breaks immersion when sniping.

I believe it's in the gamepley options inside the game. Not sure, like i said, i'm at work. But i remember it being an option i fiddled with. You may have to take a little initiative and look around, as i'm not 100% sure that that's what it's called, though i'm fairly confidant it's similar to that.
