BluePriest
I recently installed an armor mod that changed the armor and some clothing around, and I decided I didnt want it anymore. I use OBMM and when I tried to deactivate it it said something about not being able to access the oblivion folder. Like an idiot I ignored it and after deactivating it deleted it from obmm. Now all the replacement meshes are still there and even when I deactivate all mods and go back to vanilla oblivion they were still there. Is there anything I can do that isnt uninstalling oblivion that will allow me to get the game back to its normal state?
Smooth613
You need to delete the meshes that were added by that mod. Just navigate to Oblivion\Data\Meshes\Armor. Delete the entire Armor folder. This will not harm anything UNLESS you have additional mods that replace armor meshes. If that's the case you'll simply need to reinstall those mods, after you delete the previously mentioned folder. Don't worry you won't delete anything from the original game. ALL vanilla meshes are stored in a Oblivion - Mehses - BSA (Bethesda Softworks Archive) and will not be touched. Unless you delete that BSA like a dummy, so don't touch it!
