kelticpete
So I have two basic questions: 1) what major mod sites are left for morrowind other than the nexus? don't get me wrong I love the nexus..it just seems like a lot of old morrowind mod sites show up in google searches but are then gone. I modded morrowind a long time ago and a lot of those mods seem to be gone/ at least not on nexus. i did find http://www.mwmythicmods.com/ 2) anyone ever use the old mod LGPNC? it seems it is no longer on nexus. which is fine. LGNPC has a website but the forum is not just dead, it loads an error message. i have been stuck in a mini quest added by LGNPC pelagiad and I know how to force update the journal but I can't get some things to happen which should be happening.. for example with LGNPC vivec FQ you are supposed to ask about services to alusaron and then that should addtopic exotic item. But it does not. And I tried addtopic. I tried clicking on alusaron and ~ addtopic exotic item and I tried addtopic exotic item in general. neither seemed to add the topic. so, to end ramble, just wondering where to find morrowind modders who know stuff about LGNPC.... hollaajith
1) Mod Hosting Sites Earlier mods were hosted at now defunct Planet Elders Scrolls, ElricM etc. Now, those mods hosted there were moved almost completely to Morrowind Modding History. 2) Cyran0 at the official forums who worked in the LGNPC sometimes logs in and helps with LGNPC problems. So your best bet is there.
kelticpete
thanks. per your earilier suggestion I posted on bethesda forums as well. looking at so many mods on those pages makes me feel like if I add one I will have to add 1000. :armscrossed: :nuke: Edited February 2, 2015 by kelticpete
hollaajith
Yeah. There are many many mods. Thats why its best to start light, you know just vanilla with MPP and MCP. If you like eye candy may be MGEXE. Then after playing for a while, add the mods for things you don't like.
