New Modded Game Any Ideas?

I am starting a new game of Oblivion and i want to load FCOM and try it out.

In the past I have played using:

 

Unofficial Mods Patch

DarkUiN

All the DLC content

Francesco's Level mod

 

I want some tips from some people about what kind of mods to use, I definately want a mod that changes the leveling, not overly worried about changing the look of the game, possible mods to change the monsters up a bit and maybe where I don't necessarily run into areas that are always matched up to my level (Where i may have to come back another day till i level up some more that sort of thing) Also maybe a mod that adds some cool spells and items.

Any ideas would be great!

I never tried FCOM (partly because it's mess of creatures, ingredients and etc. for me, partly because you need a lot of time to install it), but OOO does all that you've said.

 

Try Fearsome Magicka with it - when some cool boss will suddenly stop time, you'll be really suprised :D
