Can't figure out why I am missing meshes

I got oblivion running after a few troublesome conflicting mods only to find out that I had two in game problems that I am not sure how to solve.

 

First was the fact that most of the races were now some sickly shade of bruise (you know, black and/or blue). This extends to all the npc's and the emperor is now missing his hands. I suspect that everyone else is as well, but I haven't played enough atm to get out of the dungeon.

 

I am also missing a lot of meshes and getting the ima missing mesh thing (which I didn't download.)

I'm not sure what I did to make it like this and personally I really don't mind it, but it's a little distracting. More so with the missing mesh thing then the faces.

 

Among the things that I can identify that are missing are a club and a bow. There are a couple of other things but I am not sure what they are.

 

I thought I'd post here before reinstalling a clean game and adding things one by one to see what did it.

I've had this exact problem and the issue is that you don't have all the meshes and textures for MMM. If you are using the 3.7beta then ensure that you have the complete download, not just the 6Mb of plugins. A quick Google search for Marts 3.7 beta will lead you to the files you need.

I believe I got the meshes and everything in a download, but the problem is still there.

 

I'm using the 3.7b3 for Marts Monster Mod.
