Crash when entering basement in project purity.

Hi.

 

The game crashes when i try to enter the basement i project purity, in the

"The Waters of Life" quest.

 

I've tried unloading all my mods and continuing, but the games still crashes.

 

Mod load order:

 

Fallout3.esm

CRAFT.esm

CALIBR.ESM

FOOK2 - Main.ESM

BrokenSteel.esm

Mart's Mutant Mod.esm

FOOK2 - Main [Hotfix].esp

CRAFT - Activation Perk.esp

Mart's Mutant Mod - DLC Broken Steel.esp

Edit: tried reinstalling game, but the crashes :(
