Depends on the FO3 modder. My content is off limits unil I speak with Dimon99. I'm not going to assume it is okay to submit work based on his. When (or if) the orginal author uploads Type 3 for NV then I'll probably reconsider. And I'm not the only Type 3 modder who feels this way. Best thing to do is contact the individual modders and ask what their plans are.
