Sky is pitch black during day and night. What do I do?

Alright, game's doing just fine, except for the following three issues:

 

Sky is pitch black, as in no detail, just pitch "something is missing here" black

Can't see item descriptions when I hover over them in the game world

Keychain missing even though I have the keychain mod

 

Now, I had the keychain to start with, but it disappeared once I loaded my save game again. I have Night Fire & Ice 2 and beaming sunglare for the sky, but obviously that's not working. Is there something I can do to get the original sky textures back to see if it fixes the problem?

Is there anything I should deactivate? Upgrade? I mean, the game plays fine so far (just got out of the sewers) save for those three things. I mean, I can live without descriptions and the keychain not showing up but still being useful, but the sky really needs some fixin'.

Sounds like corrupted shaders. You need reinstall the Original Oblivion Shaders and this will likely fix the issue.
