Sneak Attack Overhual

I would do this myself but I have no idea how to. I want it so sneak attack is gone all together, but at sneak 50 you can get a perk to make it so you can sneak attack for 50% extra damage that sneak attack is by default, then at sneak level 90 you can get another perk to increase it to 75% of what the default is.
