Deadly Reflex Mouse Bindings

Hi,

I have a Logitech mx518 mouse which has two thumb buttons on the side that I'd like to map to deadly reflexes. Currently I have the 'Shield Bash" key binded to "C" and the "Dodge" key binded to V. I would like to bind these two functions to the the mouse buttons I previously mentioned.

I've looked around on-line and found an old deadly reflexes readme that tells you how to do it. However the procedure is largely trial and error and is for the three main mouse buttons on the top of the mouse. It does not mention how to add the functions to any additional mouse buttons.

Anyone know how I can bind these two functions to my mouse? It's really hurting my brain using the mouse to attack and block and then having to think back to using the keyboard to use any deadly reflex functions.

SPECIAL - HOW TO BIND MOUSE KEYS FOR THE MOVES:

***********************************************

Instantly after setting some keyboard keys for the moves (if you have set them earlier, you need to reset the mod and set the keys again first)

----------------------------------------------

type in the console:

set skycaptainsSb.bashkey to xxx

set skycaptainsSb.flipkey to yyy

set skycaptainsSb.horseCombatKey to zzz

where xxx,yyy, and zzz are numbers from 256 to 265.

256 = LMB

257 = RMB

258 = MMB

264 and 265 are for the mouse wheel movement - the rest of the numbers mean other possible mouse buttons you might have, but there is no other way to know which number is which button than testing one by one.

You'll just have to use trial and error for any other button, that's all you can do. I would first try the numbers between 258 and 264.

Thank you very much for your help. As it turns out there wasn't much trial and error needed. The keys I wanted to bind were both 259 and 260 :) Thank you.
