Companions and there reactions

I dont know if this is there right place to put it but i guess it is as its kind of request.

 

I been looking for something that changes my Companions reactions. I find it very annoying to have veronica running off to attack in close combat when i sit and snipe, she is set to passive. For me it looks like as soon you are detected the companions react. so im looking for a mod that would make them react for example when enemy with in a radius or that they enemy actually hitting me or been able to set them to total passive stance so they don't do nothing.

 

If there is a mod like this would be nice if you could point the direction :)
