(Request) Aiming fix somebody plz

Hey everybody I've been playing New Vegas and its great but I really hate the aiming, when I aim down the sights or the sniper scope it moves too much so could somebody create a mod or a fix where it doesn't move as much or maybe even a hold breath mod ! Thanks :)
