Having trouble with a mod

Hey all,

 

Been playing since FO3 came out, and this is the first time I thought about mods, and I've gone a little crazy!! They have added to an already awesome game even more awesomeness :D

 

But anyway, I have run into a brick wall when it come to getting some mods from here to work :(

 

Specifically the French maid

I downloaded that file, and extracted it ok, then went and downloaded this one

So I went to there, and downloaded and extracted 2 files,

Am I doing ok so far??

 

I followed the instructions for installing them, but am not sure if they worked, would like a bit of clarity on the issue, and to know if I need any more files.

 

Nothing has changed in my opinion, I don't know if I need to find the thing in the statesman hotel, but I have tried for 3 days to find it, and so far no luck, if someone could be a bit more specific on the location, that might also help.

 

Also what is supposed to happen after you reload with the mod installed, like I think I have? I have no clue as to whether it worked or not?
