Tinnitus - The crippled head

Anyone remember the name and path of the high-pitched tinnitus audio file that plays when you get a "crippled head"?

 

Fine. Concussion.

 

I intend to replace it with silence. Or find other ways to get rid of it.

Remind me to crotchpunch the game devs that include these obnoxious sounds in games.
