[Request] Simple functional bunker

I have a request for any ace G.E.C.K. user with time on their hands.

 

I am a writer/photographer by profession with very little free time. Understandably, Fallout 3 is a great game for me because I can play and hour or two each night and park it.

 

After purchasing New Vegas, I decided to try working with G.E.C.K. again [i failed miserably during my first attempt w FO3 G.E.C.K.]. I wanted to make a simple underground player bunker which had a complete workshop, and living quarters for my character and a single companion. Sadly, I have been struggling with G.E.C.K. for four days and still haven't figured out all that I need to create my abode. My problem ... a thick head, brought on by old age, no doubt.

 

If anyone has a mod that meets the below specs, would you be kind enough to post it. I promise, I am not critical of others work. I am amazed at what you folks can do.

 

If you have time to make a mod that meets the below specs, you would make this old guy very happy.

 

I am looking for a vault with the following:

 

* Located in the mountains,

* A storage room with lockers for ammo [no need to have seperate lockers or cans for specific ammo types, simple is better], weapons and armor,

* A workroom with all work benches and storage lockers for scraps and materials,

* A kitchen w normal stuff [overn, fridge, table & chairs, sink],

* A sleeping area with two beds [or two sleeping areas], storage and such,

* A restroom area.

 

So, a basic underground bunker, with 5 to 6 small rooms. If you have anything close that you have made and are willing to share, I would be grateful.

 

Most of the player made abodes are awesome, but are typically homes, or they're so full of clutter and stuff, or they're in the middle of a settlement.

 

Again, if you have the time to make one or post one you have already made, I would greatly appreciate it.
