Issues when trying to patch Fallout 3

When I try to patch Fallout 3 it comes up with this error message:

 

"Fallout3.exe - Bad Image"

C:\Windows\System32\binkw32.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try resintalling the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administration or the software vendor for support.

 

I've played Fallout for years on my PC and it goes and says this now? I've never had any other issues with it.

 

I'm running on Windows 7 64bit
