Anti-Thievery Overhaul

Most thievery-focused mods seem to be geared towards making YOU the better thief. But what if you want to defend against thievery? There aren't many mods out there that do that.

Here's some suggestions:

Dynamic burglaries - Leaving your housecarl (or, if (s)he is skilled in combat, your spouse) to guard your home when you're away is actually a prudent idea. Thieves can break in, and when you return a good chunk of your stuff would be in the hands of some nearby bandits (reclaimable, of course).

Lock Your Doors - You can lock your doors behind you, to lessen the chances of the aforementioned burglars getting in your home, in the first place. The strength of your lock would depend on your lockpicking skill, and having a particular perk would increase the skill by ten. So a lockpicking skill of 100 with the "master locks" perk would give your doors a 110-strength lock ("requires key"), thus allowing you to take your housecarl on adventures with you without worrying about the bandits.

Get Pickpocketed - Give NPCs the ability to pickpocket each other, and even you! When you get pickpocketed, your gamepad (if you have one) will rumble slightly, and small sort of message (don't know what it is just yet) will appear on your screen, suggesting that you check your rear. The higher your pickpocket skill, the more pronounced the shaking and on-screen messages will become.

If your follower sees the pickpocket, (s)he will slay that pickpocket for you.

Any takers?
