The complete slaver system

Okay, this is "just" a suggestion, it doesn't reflect my actual opinions on slavery, prostitution, cruelty and/or human dignity. But it's the fallout world, and slavery is a (harsh) reality.

Here are a few starter ideas:

"The slaver" player houses: One or more places the player can settle in that have some form of slave detainment facility included (a simple cell for a small hideout for example, or simply a makeshift detainment space made with fence poles and barbed wire) . These shouldn't be "godmode" places and shouldn't come free of charge either, maybe quests, or cold , hard earned caps.

The ability to "stun" a hostile npc with a specific weapon (would only work when he only has one tick of life or something like this so you won't go around and enslave everyone on sight) Stunned NPCs could then be enslaved (i liked the slave collars in fallout 3 but i feel they where a bit too "effective", denying any possibility of runaway slaves).

A stunned slave can then be shackled and brought back to your home or be sold to slavers, or simply interested buyers (this is something i kinda disliked in Fallout 3, it seems only the slaver faction would buy slaves, what's the point of having all those slaves if you can't make any caps from them by selling them)

Having slaves following you would disable fast travel automatically, so you would have to form a proper "caravan" to bring your merchandise to a buyer.

Some slaves could be used for simple labor:

- harvesting plants for you (a field for example that produce useful plants when it is being taken care of by a slave)

- sorting your equipment (a nice roleplay alternative to automatic equiment sorters, dump your equipment in a crate and order a slave to sort it (would take variable time demending of the total number of objects and ... maybe the intelligence state of the slave?)

- "housekeeping" job, where he would pick up every items that is laying around and store them for you (useful when you're the kind who dump all his extra equipment on the floor when he need to free some weight)

-Some slaves could have special abilities, for example a slave that has the "medic" ability can act as your personal doctor, only costing a stimpack or two to cure all your limbs.

Of course it shouldn't just be all advantage and no inconvenience, each slave under your control would require clean food, purified water and regular sleep if you don't want your investment to wither and die.

Slaves could not use dangerous weapons, some could be used as human shields by giving them a knife for example.

There should be some sort of "stubbornness" factor that would have to be managed:

A stubborn slave would be more likely to run away, try to escape, or simply kill you, you could partially negate it by restraining them (cuffs, shackles, whatever), and not giving them weapons, or simply keeping the more stubborn ones locked up.

Obviously thirst and hunger would make stubbornness shoot through the roof.

Some of the more trustworthy slaves could be turned into whores (and gigolos, lets keep the concept non sexist) to bring a moderate amount of caps (maybe a compatibility with the prostitution mods?)

Various tools to beat your slaves into submission should they attempt to escape or to simply make them more compliant, stun baton, tazer, (rubber bullets?), shackles, and all sort of equipment pieces ( pitt body harness? )

EDIT

Now i'm thinking that acquiring the tools of the trade, maybe crafting them, getting taught the basics of the job by an NPC, getting your slave business known, and earning reputation from the good (bad?) peoples could be a whole quest network in itself.

That's just an idea, a very bad idea, but feel free to comment.

No need to get indignant, it's an intriguing and well thought out idea. Being a slaver would be a lore-friendly option no worse then some of the Legion quests. However, it would take a lot of time to code and script. A lot. No one's responded because it's too complicated.

I could see a mod where, with speech/strength checks, you can place collars on a special-made, respawning NPC subset and force them to follow you, and lead them to a slaver dealer to sell them. However, the rest of the scripting you describe here would be beyond most.
