alien1099 Posted October 30, 2010 Share Posted October 30, 2010 I whipped up a nice fallout shelter/safehouse to use and for some reason, companions refuse to follow the player down into the bunker despite what appears to be a perfectly fine navmesh. I have completely redone the Navmesh from scratch twice and moved clutter out of the way and I'm still getting nowhere. The Navmesh triangles over all of the teleport points are green, yet companions refuse to go through them. I would really appreciate it if somebody a little more experienced/skilled at building levels could please take a look at it and tell me what I've done wrong. http://www.newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=35832 Thanks! If you can't figure it out, that's cool. I went ahead and got rid of the idea of the hatch being inside a shack and just placed it next to a ruined house in the world itself, which works just fine for teleporting NPCs into the bunker. Interfer0 Posted October 30, 2010 Share Posted October 30, 2010 I would split the area into two interiors. Don't have people teleport from one part of the interior to another part. It's probably possible, but it would be easier to just use an entrance and an interior. The hidden character should be able to navigate between the two.
