Enclave Commander mod For NV?

Well......what about porting or making a Enclave Commander Mod for NV....this time the mod should be called New California Commander or Legion Commander.

The setting of NV for this mod is just perfect,a s***load of factions at war with each other and tieach me they bow to help you,you can call them in with the radio,everyone should have a special atribute and if you made the quests for them then their equipment should improve.

 

-The New California Republic would start sending out normal trooper equipped with 9mm and Varmint Rifles,after helping them at Primm,they should start appearing with Service Rifles and Caravan Shotguns.After making the side quest for Contreras they should start appearing with Assault Carbines and Hunting Rifles.After finishing FOR THE REPUBLIC they should start appearing with a NCR skinned combat armor and

 

-The legionaries instead would start upgrading the melee equipment,starting out from knifes to the machetes and finally mechaninc fists (always forgot that name)

 

-Khans would start out with single shotguns and end up with riot shotguns.

 

-Brotherhood of steel should start with laser rifles and 45d armor,finishing up with plasma rifles and t-51 armor.

 

-Boomers only send out their bomber (This could be very hard to script) to help you or a artillery-designed strike (makes more sense and more easy to script)

I would say Remnants Commander on the count of Gannon and the enclave resurrecting from the select few members and their vertibird. the other ideas sounds good might b able to turn the boomers attack into like mortars or something i know they got that animation in the game.
