Galaxy News Radio across New Vegas

I have seen THE ENCLAVE RADIO IN NEW VEGAS Mod. In my opinion, it's a good Mod comparing to some boring vanilla radios this game contains. Still, I REALLY REALLY love Galaxy News Radio - cuz I am not really into American military soundtracks. Three Dog really rocks! Also I love lots of songs from Galaxy News Radio.

This is a small request: I know how to convert the radio alright. However, I don't know where to get ALL the files I need to make a Galxy News Radio version in New Vegas - because I lost my Fallout 3 game. So, could anybody make a clean version of GALAXY NEWS RADIO from Fallout 3 converted into Fallout: New Vegas? Same technique as the Enclave radio :D

Don't quote me on this but there may be licensing issues meaning modders can't use the songs off GNR. Though it sure would be nice to hear them....

Sorry, but if you don't have all of the files on your system, you can't do it. While I don't know the licensing with the music, I know that we can't provide you with the Three Dog clips.

However, CONELRAD 640-1240 is a radio station mod ported from Fallout 3 that has music somewhat similar to GNR. Why don't you try that out?

There was a mod in F3 that allowed you to have your own music as a radio station...... Maybe you could use that somehow.

how about if they did it without 3dog(his lines don't fit fnv anyway since he talks about dc) and just added the gnr playlist?

Most of the tracks appearing in FO3 are licensed only for FO3, and are not included in the data files for NV. And mod to include these licensed tracks in New Vegas would require the mod user to also own a legal copy of FO3 and that user would have to move any files themselves from one install to the other.
