Can't redownload the data in vault 22

Is there a console command to reset a terminal? I couldn't find it in the wiki or google.

 

And this is honestly the 3rd bugged quest IN A ROW at the moment. I don't know why vegas is giving me a hard time, I feel like I bought a lemon.
