COCMarker Exterior

Hey there,

 

problem is as follows:

I want to create an new place on the map and I would like to have a coc command to get to it.

I created the buildings at the Wasteland (-10,-22) Cell. I also put a COCMarker into that cell, but whats the console command to get to THAT COCMarker?

 

Maybe I have to rename that exterior cell, but how?

 

P.S: I know about that player.moveto XMarkerName thing..
