S.T.A.L.K.E.R (GSC PC game) armor into Fallout 3

I absolutely love the S.t.a.l.k.e.r armors in the game, but I found close to none of armor mods for Fallout 3. However, after searching through the nexus for some, I came across a mod by toxa01 called "STALKER_call of DC_V_1_3", which added an entire apparatus of S.t.a.l.k.e.r armors into Fallout 3. To my dismay, this mod was a total conversion of Fallout 3 replacing the NPC default equips with this armor. I only want the mod for armors (player-only) not a total conversion. I contacted the author, but unfortunately he was banned. The mod is here, is there anyway of implementing the armor into Fallout 3 (preferably getting it by using console) without complete conversion? I'm not too familiar with utilizing the G.E.C.K. Thanks!

Thats ONLY The armor .. And its not even a replacer i use it. No bugs AT ALL.
