Fast-Travel CTD

I have the problem that everytime I want to fast-travel, the game crashes right after the loading bar is full.

Everything worked fine, I played with some mods im going to mention below, until I installed Oblivion XP. After that I couldnt fast travel anymore.

I reinstalled, installed the old mods (exept Oblivion XP) but I still wasnt able to fast travel...

 

My loading order:

Funny thing is, the game worked fine before Oblivion XP, but even after I deleted it and reinstalled, it still doesnt work...

Did you delete your Oblivion.ini file when you reinstalled? You need to allow Oblivion to create a new one on startup with a fresh install. You can find this file in Documents\My Games\Oblivion. After you delete the ini Oblivion will create a fresh one next time you start the game. Don't forget to backup your current one just in case that's not the problem and you want to restore it.
