thebic4 Posted October 31, 2010 Posted October 31, 2010 im working on mod called Active Wasteland. its a simple idea any noob can help. it just adds more NCPs to the wastes along with more clutter. its easy to do just take lots of time for one person. anyone can help. i will also help anyone else that just needs SIMPLE mods like a new home or new chems
