saved games

I have Fallout GotY and i just installed the windows live disabler, the underground hideout mod, and and the archive invalidation mod. before any of those mods were installed i was playing vanilla FO3 because when i tried to load the DLC, FO would crash on start up. now i have all of those installed plus the DLC. fallout does not crash on start up now but will not load any previous game, but i can start a new one I would just really rather not have to do that. any help would be appreciated. let me know if i need to clarify anything or any other info is needed.

ok i also saw on the live disabler that they saved games will dissappear and to put them in the saves folder...but they are already in the saves folder..im a little confused. i will keep trying to find it though

 

edit: new development it seems to be only my latest saved game and if i seriously have to redo everything i have done over the past week im not going to be a happy camper.

none of my dlc work either and havent since i got them. i dont know why my copy sucks so hard.

Are the dlc ticked on fallout launcher > data files or follout mod manager?

As soon as you leave vault 101 at the beginning of the game you receive some messages about the dlc on your pipboy, did it happen?Check your pipboy for a few voiced messages, like outcast something and ominous frequency or something.

 

You dont seem to be knowledged on mods so there are a few recomendations:

If you have windows vista or seven, you must NOT have the game installed at program files

 

And if you have a multicore processor you should enter this line on fallout.ini (search for it on your computer)

inumhwthreads=2
