Killswitch96 Posted February 10, 2015 Share Posted February 10, 2015 I've always wanted to play as NCR General Lee Oliver because calling NCR troops from a vertibird didn't seem lore friendly with the Courier who doesn't have military resources to expend with just a civilian NCR award. I would appreciate it if someone could just take the time to make a small mod which allows the player to select General Oliver's face presets and clothing since I lack the experience to create a mod myself.
