Horrible lag when looting

Short version:

My game randomly breaks and loot window starts to lag awfully. Only reloading of the previous save helps me. Makes the game nearly unplayable. Can happen any time.

I'm not using unsafe Papyrus .ini tweaks. I am using "Stable uGrids to load", SKSE memoty tweak, ENBoost.
My save is clean (I'm checking it with a "Scalpel" and I'm not overdoing it by deleting scripts and instances left and right).
Nothing suspicious shows up in Papyrus log if I enable them.

I'm using 200+ mods, different setups, did completely new setup around Perma not long ago.

My script latency is around 60-70 ms (open world), 40-50 (interiors).

It's very, very irritating and I can't find any mention of this problem anywhere.

Details:

So, I'm playing Skyrim for a long time, with a lot of mods and I've tried different mod setups. But there is this bug that kinda following me around and randomly breaks my game.

I'm going around, minding my business, looting another corpse when... its inventory opens with sudden, noticeable lag. And I know at that moment that I need to reload previous save. Because each new loot window will be slower and slower and it won't ever go away. Papyrus log won't show anything, script latency will continue to be acceptable (while not looting), "Save game Scalper" won't find anything to cut. It will stay in my save if I quit the game and return. So, only choice is reloading.

If anyone encountered this problem before or know about it, your help will be much appreciated.

It could be a mod that you always use. Since you've tried different mod set ups, it should narrow it down (at least a little) to the mods that you always have active. Otherwise, heavy scripting mods may be a problem. (I think they bog down any game if there's too many) Although, 200+ mods is a lot for any system.

Can you post your load order and and SKSE plugins you may be using that you haven't mentioned. I feel as if it has to be a script causing the issue.
