Help! I'm having gun issues with the mods here

My Vats and Weapons aren't working :(

Basiclly in a nutshell the guns will work for a couple mins then all of a sudden wont fire on command or in V.A.T but they will randomly fire if i try to zoom in with my sniper or enter V.A.T then leave without using it

 

I just d/l'd some mods from this server

-Ambient Temp

-Centered 3rd Person cam

-ConelRAD 640-1240

-FOOK-new Vegas

-JahPisolAnimations

-LootableOLDCARS (2nd one which blows up non-burnt cars)

And - SG_AlcoholChallenge

 

I've tried turning them all off and I get the same Issues
