Hypertrophy Accelerator: Strength Implant big fix.

im requesting a big fix for the Strength Implant.

 

right now if you have a Strength above 7 points the mod is useless and a waste of money, you dont see any change.

 

your supposed to get +1 to Strength but the game is bugged.

i noticed this after i bought it and seen that it did nothing to my strength. i looked it up on wiki and found that my strength was already past 7.
